Retreats

As part of keeping up good spiritual and emotional health, we want to encourage everyone to take time this year to retreat from everyday life and experience seeking God’s presence in a new way.

We know lots of good hosts of retreats, not too far from our city, and we’ll keep a list of them and some specific retreat opportunities on this page.

If you need any help with the costs, we have some available - email Claire Lynch.

Ignatian Exercises

The Spiritual Exercises is a journey of meditations, prayers, and contemplative practices developed by St. Ignatius of Loyola. Designed to help people deepen their relationship with God, these prayers have enriched the lives of countless people from various denominations and backgrounds worldwide. Considered a timeless spiritual classic, Sam Whiley offers this "retreat in daily life".

If you feel curious and would like to explore whether this is something you feel invited to, contact Sam at this page and she will arrange an exploratory call.
